PUNCAK - The Infantry Battalion Task Force (Satgas Yonif) Raider 323/Buaya Putih Kostrad, part of the HABEMA Operations Command in Papua, continues its mission in securing the RI-PNG border. As part of their outreach efforts, the task force is instilling discipline, teamwork, and patriotism in local youth through marching practice (PBB) at SMA N 1 Ilaga, Kago Village, Ilaga District, Puncak Regency, Central Papua, on Monday (10/02/2025).
Task Force Pasiter Letda Chk Dani, who led the training, emphasized the importance of character building and discipline from an early age. "This training is not just about marching drills; it teaches students about discipline, teamwork, and synchronization. There is an art to moving in unison, which builds a sense of unity and cooperation, " he explained.
While their primary duty is maintaining security and stability in Puncak Regency, the Mobile Task Force Yonif 323/Buaya Putih Kostrad also plays a crucial role in shaping the next generation of Papua’s interior youth. The training was designed to be interactive and engaging, incorporating games to maintain the students’ enthusiasm and boost their confidence.
"Through this training, we aim to inspire and equip these students with essential life skills. By learning marching drills, they also develop a spirit of patriotism and nationalism from an early age, " Letda Chk Dani added.
